NPC: An old salt
Long Desc: An old salt merrily drinks a tall mug of ale.

This old man appears to have lived his whole life at sea.  He wears the
typical pirate gear, and refuses to make eye contact with anyone except his
closest mates.  He speaks loudly and frequently.  He has seen his share of
booty and war, and has decided to retire to this quaint hide away.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
