NPC: A hiding ship captain
Long Desc: A tall man in an ordinary robe quietly drinks a beverage.

This rather ordinarily dressed man has obviously come here to hide from
something or someone.  He acts fishy: too quiet, too mundane.  Someone of
his ostensible caliber and experience should be celebrating and demanding
attention and singing wild songs.  He is entirely covered in a brown, cotton
cape.
He is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
