This short dwarf is dressed in sailor's gear. He wears a three cornered
hat and beer stains on his pressed red jacket. He stumbles drunkenly and
speaks with a seaman's drawl. In one hand this dwarf carries a small metal
harmonica, perhaps from the streets of Rune. In the other hand he has a
tall mug of amber ale.
He is a dwarf approximately 4'5" tall.
