NPC: A shifty looking drow
Long Desc: A rather suspicious looking drow watches you nervously.

This drow has a rather unsavory air about him, as if he is somehow
fundamentally different from the rest of the population of Colyon.  As if,
deep down inside, he might be tainted.  He doesn't seem to like even the
filtered ash-tree-light, and rarely comes into contact with anyone else,
unless it is to trade with the few traders that come this way in transit to
or from Xalt.  He seems to hoard over his belongings with an almost jealous
fervor, to the point of becoming violent if they are trifled with.
He is a drow approximately 4'9" tall.
