NPC: A drow luremaker
Long Desc: A skillful drow hovers over a crafting table, creating a lifelike fishing lure.

This drow is an expert in the art of crafting fishing lures.  His hands are
thin and dexterous, and his fingers move with a practiced sort of grace,
proof that he has dedicated a lot of time to this hobby.  His sharp eyes are
accustomed to noting even the smallest detail in whatever model he is
crafting from, and his lures are as lifelike as any insect, worm, or other
small creature, and equally as appetizing to any fish that hunts the Wampo
Stream.
He is a drow approximately 4'7" tall.
