NPC: A little drow boy
Long Desc: A young drow boy runs about, enjoying his youth.

A young boy dashes about the dusty main road, acting as if he didn't have
a care in the world.  He is obviously not a descendant of Arien'dyth, and
was most likely born in this very township.  His dark drow skin is a stark
contrast to the blinding whiteness of his happy smile, and his bright eyes
are alert and in search of anything that could entertain him for a short
while.
He is a drow approximately 4'8" tall.
