NPC: A grell-shaped elemental
Long Desc: A grell made of steam floats above the ductwork.

Elementals are peculiar things, bits of amorphous matter and disparate parts
granted the divine spark of life...  Or in this case, the demidivine spark
of Gerdun.  This particular one has taken the form of a grell, a distinctly
hideous creature native only to small pockets of the world.  Where a patch
of animate steam would have even seen one is one question, but why it would
then decide to mimic one is entirely another.
He is a unique approximately 4'7" tall.
