NPC: A wailing spectre
Long Desc: A wailing spectre is here, screaming with pain.

This incorporeal form ebbs and flows like a fog, shifting restlessly from
spot to spot.  Your light shines through rents in its being, scars from
previous battles.  While you pause to decide on a course of action this
miserable ghost issues a wail of pain and despair and you find yourself
reaching for your weapon.
He is a ghost approximately 5'5" tall.
