NPC: A draconic philosopher
Long Desc: A dracon in elegant blue robes paces the road, lost in thought.

While most dracons are known for their muscle over their intellect, that isn't
to say that the race has not had its share of intellectuals and theoretical
thinkers. Their is a bright intelligence shining in the heavily-lidded eyes
of this scaled philosopher, and he smiles and nods as he paces through the
gentle silence of Decara Realty, pursuing ideas and theories to their very
limits through twists of logic and ethical paradoxes. The sky-blue robes mark
him as a high-ranking member of the Vir court, and it's very possible this
could be a professor of the Academy or an advisor to the Queen herself.
It is a dracon approximately 4'1" tall.
