NPC: A goblin mercenary-for-hire
Long Desc: A goblin mercenary is here, deciding whether or not to flee.

Although the goblin mercenary looks as if he may turn and run from you at
any moment, but reconsiders and decides to offer up his services as a
mercenary.  Should you pay for his services, he will follow you blindly to
his grave.  You wonder if you might need an extra hand and if this goblin
might be capable of helping out.  The goblin doesn't look like much of a
fighter but looks can be deceiving.
He is a goblin approximately 3'7" tall.
