Long Desc: A wooden fan is very out of place here.

What a tropical fan is doing here is a mystery.  The icy wastes of northern
Avros are as suitable to this bit of luxury as the acid pools of Beltane
would be to a moosehead.  It's not even plausibly usable to blow hot air
around, as it's made of tough birch, and susceptible to such things as
catching on fire.
It is a unique approximately 4'9" tall.
