Long Desc: A flaming specter is here, strolling down the avenue.

This flaming elemental looks quite at home strolling down the wealthy
districts of Decara Realty, wrapped in a rich crimson aura and glowing
happily to itself.  While most elementals are simple golems pressed into
service of the summoner for single purposes and then left to vanish into the
ether, there are a rare few revolutionary specters possessed of a keen wit
and intelligence, given to one purpose, with one skill, and one desire - to
deal, and above all, to PROFIT.
It is a elemental approximately 6'1" tall.
