NPC: A malevolent stump
Long Desc: A malevolent aura emanates from a decaying stump.

The fury and hatred of centuries are bound within this broken-off tree, its
single remaining branch clawing at the air.  Even those without psychic
sensitivity can feel the evil and desire for world domination emanating from
the very center of its being.  It wants nothing more than to bring death and
destruction to all life across the world.  Fortunately, it is a stump and
cannot move.
It is a plant approximately 5'6" tall.
