Long Desc: A localized vortex of wind whips the earth skyward.

Occasionally when powerful currents of the elemental Powers come together,
the fabric of reality can unravel just a bit.  This child of Dira and
Maradas is one of the curious combinations of elemental spirits that have
been known to cross into the material plane given the opportunity.
Unintelligent but powerful, this dust devil could easily kill anyone unlucky
enough to be caught in its abrasive clutches.
It is a elemental approximately 6'1" tall.
