NPC: A preacher of Maradas
Long Desc: A preacher is here, his robes flecked with mica.

The preachers of Maradas are easily recognized by the glittery robes and the
stony face they wear.  Strewn with bits of mica and other minerals, the
robes mark their wearers as servants of the Earthen Power as surely as their
all but immobile visages do.  However stoic their faces though, when the
preachers give sermons, it as with the power of Maradas in their voice and
none can resist their message.
He is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
This NPC is a member of the clergy for Maradas, the Power of Earth (Earth).
