NPC: A coiled garter snake
Long Desc: A thin snake makes a small round coil.

Thin with flecks of white adorning its slender body, this snake moves
slowly, sliding over itself.  Although it is missing the flash of color that
mark its more toxic brethren, you should not mistake it as powerless; this
serpent demands a level of respect for the magic that courses through its
small body.  Local superstitions surrounds this creature, and it is welcomed
as a favorable omen by the local hedge witches.
It is a snake approximately 1'7" tall.
