NPC: A shiftless wanderer
Long Desc: A fragrant fellow wanders lazily down the trail.

A filthy looking fellow is ambling down the trail, kicking pebbles as he
goes.  He might not know where he is or where he is going, but that suits
him just fine.  After all, if he does not care where he is, can he really be
lost?  You just hope that wherever he does end up, they have plenty of soap.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
