NPC: A water serpent
Long Desc: A long serpentine body coils just beneath the water's surface.

With a mouth full of razors and breath stinking of dead trout, the smile
leveled at you by this serpent is anything but welcoming.  Do not be fooled
by the fact that it is of the freshwater variety, rather than a full blown
sea serpent.  Several cubits long and as thick around as an ogre's leg, it
is perfectly capable of completely ruining your day, should you fall into
its coils.
It is a sea serpent approximately 9'0" tall.
