NPC: A baby pelican
Long Desc: A baby pelican caws loudly for its mother.

This little fella can't be more than a few months old.  It is much tinier
than its enormous parents.  Its feathers are very downy and more like fur
than feathers.  Its eyes are huge and search for any moving being offering
food.
He is a bird approximately 1'7" tall.
