NPC: A bearded old hag
Long Desc: A hideous old woman rests here on her crook.

This old hag is obviously some refugee from the underworld, excised by
Veldra for something too heinous even for her.  It seems fairly obvious that
despite his rageful manner, Maldra is a good ruler, but even he cannot
always keep tabs on everything living beneath his domain.  She glares about,
hunched over her cane, and although she looks quite frail, she likely just
likes to harbor that image...
She is a sea hag approximately 5'7" tall.
