NPC: A venerable veteran
Long Desc: A tall, muscular man of advanced age sits at a table here.

This man looks like he's seen his share of battles.  A long, curved scar
arcs from the right side of his mouth up to the middle of his forehead.
He's still fairly muscular, and in good shape, despite the other signs of
his age.  Wrinkles are betrayed by his engaging and discerning eyes, and his
place at the table, reading books, belies his straight posture and form.
Definitely someone to discuss points with, rather than argue.
He is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
