NPC: A stocky innkeeper
Long Desc: An innkeeper stands at his counter waiting for a customer.

Behind a desk is a plump half-elf innkeeper.  He seems to be looking
through a few papers that are sitting on his lap.  The innkeeper runs his
hands through his thinning hair and takes a deep breath before smiling at
you.  The innkeeper opens a drawer in his desk and fumbles around alittle
before giving a shrug with his eye brows are returning his attention towards
you.
It is a half-elf approximately 5'1" tall.
