NPC: A dexterous sushi chef
Long Desc: Knives whip around this skinny minotaur as he adroitly chops up some fish.

It makes you dizzy just watching this chef prepare a meal.  He wields a
slender knife with deadly accuracy and slices a fish delicately into pieces
before turning it into an appetising piece of sushi.  He has a cocky smile
plastered across his face as if he knows he is that good.  The food he is
preparing would suggest that he is a fine chef indeed.
He is a minotaur approximately 6'9" tall.
