NPC: An insane miner
Long Desc: Babbling and foaming at the mouth, a miner staggers up and down here.

Foam drips disgustingly from this minotaur's mouth, he has slobbered down
his front and sends phlegm flying as he jerks his head suddenly from side to
side.  He teeters on the spot before suddenly moving about irratically, all
the time muttering and whispering to himself.  What could have happened to
this miner escapes you, and as he catches your eye he start lurching towards
you, shaking and shivering.
He is a minotaur approximately 6'9" tall.
