NPC: A mine overseer
Long Desc: An official-looking minotaur stands here with a resolute look.

This minotaur is quite obviously in charge of this particular operation; a
steady stream of miners filter past him, requesting direction and examining
his work order.  He runs a tight ship and is quick to bark orders at anyone
who appears to be slacking.  There are a few miners, however, who he avoids
looking at directly, and on closer inspection he looks as nervous as some of
his co-workers.
He is a minotaur approximately 6'9" tall.
