NPC: Sira, the potion dealer
Long Desc: Sira, an ancient sidhe, manages the potion shop.

Sidhe are elder creatures, making their ages difficult to guess.  Sira is
ancient by these standards.  Guessing her age would be a feat in itself.
She runs this shop with a firm hand and deals out bargains only as it might
benefit her.  Her age only bolsters the claim that she knows her magic
items.
She is a sidhe approximately 5'1" tall.
