NPC: A grimy barkeeper
Long Desc: A grimy barkeeper watches over his establishment.

This human is covered in dirt and sweat.  While just as sloppy as the
owner of the inn just west of here, he has also added uncleanliness to the
list of traits.  He offers to sell you a drink of some strange ale that
kobold drink, and after a moment of his futile marketing, you inform him
that you are not a disgusting half-rat humanoid.  He begs your pardon and
returns to tending other customers.
He is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
