NPC: A frosty phantom
Long Desc: An icicle-covered, snow-touched ghost sits crosslegged four feet off the ground.

An icy feeling seizes you on catching the gaze of this peculiar spirit.
It sways ever so slightly from side to side, eyes fixed on you with a fierce
intensity.  On managing to break his stare you notice that it is covered in
snow and frost that thickly covers its face, arms and hands; it looks quite
frozen in the position you now find it.  As you examine it, you notice it
examining you; it seems to be regarding you with a bemused interest, as if
it were looking into the very depths of your soul.
She is a ogre approximately 6'1" tall.
