NPC: A ghostly boy
Long Desc: The ghostly form of a young boy is here.

This tousled-haired youth looks at those around him with a mischievious
grin on his deathly- white face.  His attitude seems akin to that of a
rogue, and has apparantly carried over from the living world into the ghost
realm.  One wonders what prank this child is scheming for his next victim
and who might the unfortunate one be.  Perhaps one would be wise to give him
a wide berth, and be careful of any traps he may have set..
He is a ghost approximately 5'5" tall.
