Long Desc: A drunken patriot of Seelie is here dribbling on itself.

Apart from unkept clothes, a huge stain of vomit on its front, and a
smell of death eminating from its rear, this sidhe looks quite the nice
resident.  It mutters to itself in a drunken slur, but you can pick up a few
phrases here and there such as "all praise to King Sandoval" and "Seelie
beer is the best".
He is a sidhe approximately 5'1" tall.
