Long Desc: A red herring is here, attracting your attention.

The red herring moves silently through the water, quicker than your eye
can catch up with it.  You're not so sure if you really did see a herring
until another one slows down to a stop in front of you.  You only get a
minute to look at its beauty until the herring takes off again heading in a
random direction.  With all their speed, you wonder how a heron could catch
such a fish!
He is a fish approximately 1'5" tall.
