Long Desc: A small sidhe child wanders the streets of Rahdiyr.

A direct descendant of the original settlers of this wild frontier, this
small child frolicks through the streets, having not yet begun his training.
Wearing normal clothing, he plays with seemingly endless vitality.
Occasionally his mischief gets him into trouble dabbling with minor magics,
as he uses them for pranks.
He is a sidhe approximately 5'1" tall.
