Long Desc: A formidable-looking sidhe watches over the area, observing everything.

Unsmiling and covered by a hooded black robe, this sidhe discreetly
contemplates everyone he sees.  He and his associates had been
highly-regarded members of the city guard, up until news spread about their
merciless approach to dispensing justice.  Though banned from the official
city guard, they are still recognized informally by Rahdiyr's citizens.
Perhaps you should steer clear of them.
He is a sidhe approximately 6'1" tall.
