Long Desc: A happy sidhe merchant walks the streets.

Very few merchants have made it in this frontier town - that is, only the
ones who are able to sell their wares with expertise.  He sells specialty
brews to townfolk and visitors alike.  He is vital to the economic stability
of the town and is held in high regard by the local townfolk.
He is a sidhe approximately 5'1" tall.
