NPC: A fat alley cat
Long Desc: A well fed stray cat walks the streets.

This crafty fat wanders from door to door up and down the street.  He or
she has very soft fur and well groomed claws.  Judging by the size of this
fat cat, it has had no trouble finding food while it wanders continously.
Its eyes are wide and bright yellow that seem to glow in the dark.  There is
a well worn ring around its neck which leads you to believe that there might
have been a collar around its neck at one time.  Makes you wonder who it
belongs to, doesn't it?
She is a domestic cat approximately 1'5" tall.
