NPC: A black rat
Long Desc: A black rat scurries along the roadside.

A black rat scurries along the roadside.  He is a scavenger, as most
rodents are, looking for a bit of food dropped along the way or maybe an
item to help build its nest.  With beady black eyes, it wanders about at
night using its superior night vision.  It must be careful because its
nemasis, the calico cat is always nearby and ready to pounce.
It is a rodent approximately 1'5" tall.
