NPC: A large white seagull
Long Desc: A large white seagull circles the area scavenging for food.

This large white bird is a beautiful creation.  With beady black eyes and
a long yellow beak, it can easily scavenge the area and spot something to
satisfy its hunger.  Although it seems content to wander through the
streets, it will eventually head back toward the ocean where it seems to
feel at home.  This seagull seems a bit pesty in its scavenging and you find
yourself wondering if it wouldn't be better looking for fish or some other
seafood in the ocean waters nearby.
It is a bird approximately 1'5" tall.
