NPC: An oil-dispensing automaton
Long Desc: An automaton, connected to the rig, waits to eject the oil.

A relic of the functioning well, this automaton waits to fulfill his job,
with no inkling that his creators are either dead or stark raving mad.  He
has is directly connected into the ground, via hose, and is large enough to
store a fair amount of oil himself.  Not particularly anthropomorphic, it
has a box of a head resting on a box of a body resting on wheels, which don't
appear operational.  He has been painted tan, dotted with the occasional
black.
It is a robot approximately 6'1" tall.
