NPC: A roaming siren
Long Desc: Floating above the metal, a grotesque siren sharpens her claws.

A member of a powerful, winged tribe of sirens, this is a mishmash of a
monster and woman, and has a variety of weapons at its disposal besides its seductive
but horrifying song.  A strange, humanoid face is mounted on a birdlike
body.  There is a single yellow fang on each side of its mouth.  With a
wrinkled bald head, and sharp nails at the end of each claw, it would be
difficult to be any more hideous.
She is a harpy approximately 5'5" tall.
