NPC: A siren lookout
Long Desc: (Red Aura) A squat, weakling of a siren keeps watch for intruders here.

The runt of the pack, given this job out of siren etiquette rather than
actual need, this small, twitchy siren looks none too pleased with her
current role.  Her face is contorted into an apparently permanent grimace.
A siren's legs are usually rather meaty, but her's are nothing more than
chicken legs.  What skin is visible is a pasty white, and her feathers are
falling out at a rapid rate.
She is a harpy approximately 5'7" tall.
