NPC: A mutated siren
Long Desc: *An unnaturally orange siren is flailing all three of its arms about.

This creature's various mutations could be natural, but the extent of the
change is remarkable.  She is bright orange instead of dull green, with an
extra arm on her right side.  Its flight ability is questionable, as her
wings look somewhat small and crippled.  She has a plodding walk, but is
larger than usual, with a potbelly.  Her claws have been left uncut, where
each is now several long, gruesome inches.
She is a harpy approximately 5'5" tall.
