NPC: A multicolored bird
Long Desc: A small multicolored bird flies through the air.

With its rainbow colored feathers, this small bird stands out from the
greenery of the trees it resides in.  Chirping happily, it flies from limb
to limb of the towering trees looking for tasty treats.  Occasionally it
darts to the ground to snatch up a seed or dropped morsel of food that has
been dropped by some passerby.
He is a bird approximately 1'6" tall.
