Long Desc: A dwarven handyman hurries to his next job.

Clad in heavy blue coveralls, this handyman hurries along the street with
his tool kit on his way to his next job.  In a community this size there is
always something to be done whether it is for a homeowner or for the
community itself.  Hardworking, he seldom takes time for himself so the
residents know he is always available and ready to help out when needed.
He is a dwarf approximately 4'6" tall.
