NPC: A hyper squirrel
Long Desc: A brown squirrel sits statue still watching all that goes on here.

With its tail bushed out like a bottlebrush, this small brown squirrel
seems to be alert to all that is happening nearby.  Ears erect for any sound
of threat, or perhaps just the drop of a nut from one of the nearby trees,
the squirrel is cute as it sits like a small statue.  Of course, this pose
will last only till it decides to rush off to see what else can be seen.
She is a rodent approximately 1'5" tall.
