NPC: A conflicted vulture
Long Desc: A large vulture circles around the scene, wondering what to do.

This vulture is having a hard time.  It circles, then occasionally dives,
but pulls up at the last instant, then repeats.  The smell of rotting flesh
is beckoning, but it is enough of a survivalist that it doesn't plunge.
Having enough will to leave is a different matter, however.  It has a bald
head, black, rubbery wings, and a marked resemblance to the harpies which
are keeping it from its meal.
She is a bird approximately 1'7" tall.
