NPC: A drunken patron
Long Desc: A drunken patron mumbles into his mug.

This drunken man mumbles into his cup and eyes the wenches through red-
veined and blurry eyes.  It's obvious that the good, rich ale of the Saucy
Wench holds more interest for him than any woman could.  Although he's known
to pinch a bottom or two, he'd rather spend his time nursing a drink and
taking up space at a table.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
