NPC: A gleeful thief
Long Desc: A faerie thief gleefully plans his next caper.

Small enough to escape notice for the mischief he makes, this fey thief's
shiftiness and midnight-hued jumpsuit help him to blend in and adapt to shadows
and darkness, a wicked glint in his red eyes announcing to all that some
sort of nefarious banditry is afoot.  Aliens to the physical plane of Alyria,
the fey are a malicious and cruel race of faerie who have caused naught but
trouble since their arrival.  Thankfully, sunlight, water and naked iron are
all effective weapons against these creatures.
He is a fey approximately 4'7" tall.
