NPC: A worn-out waiter
Long Desc: A waiter smiles at all the ladies and ignores the men.

This charming waiter has a smile for the lovely ladies, but completely
ignores any other males in the room.  Dressed in an impeccable white suit
with a small red bow tie around his neck and notepad in hand, he cuts a
dashing and handsome figure sweeping about the tavern collecting and
delivering orders for guests.  Hovering at the elbows of visiting beauties,
joking crudely to the blushing wenches, no wonder he looks so tired, with so
much to do.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
