NPC: A wealthy noble
Long Desc: A wealthy noble is here going over important documents before going to bed.

Dressed for bed, this noble is taking a few minutes to go over some
important documents before going to bed.  Wearing striped blue pants and a
long sleeved shirt, it is amusing to see an important figure wearing such
ridiculous clothing.  Worn on the head is a bed cap - complete with fuzzy
ball.  A pile of paperwork is stacked on a table in from of the noble,
waiting to be read.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
