NPC: A drunken elf gambler
Long Desc: A rather tipsy elf is here, trying to beat the house.

This intoxicated elven female has probably not picked the best time to drink
a lot.  By combining a couple drinks too many from the bar with a couple
hands too many at the gambling table, she appears to have lost most of her
wealth tonight.  Even so, she is trying quite adamantly to get it back,
despite her constant yelling and fumbling.  Perhaps this is not the best
game to play while under the influence.
She is a elf approximately 4'7" tall.
